Three things built in. Nothing to wire up.

Built for stores

Products, carts, checkouts, and revenue come built in — not as custom code you have to wire up.

Private by default

No cookies, no banners. Open source so you can verify it — and a coverage check against your own orders.

Run for you, in Europe

We handle hosting, updates, uptime, and EU data residency. You focus on selling.

The consent tax

When a cookie banner goes up, a meaningful share of visitors decline or ignore tracking. Ad spend keeps running — but Monday's report can't reliably answer what actually drove orders. That fog between traffic and revenue is the consent tax — not GDPR itself, but the measurement gap cookie-dependent tools create once the banner is live.

It is widening for a second reason that has nothing to do with regulation: a growing share of buyers never load your store at all, because an AI agent completes the purchase for them. Different cause, same blank cell in your report — the browser is no longer where measurement happens, and tools that assume it is will keep getting quieter.

Uncertainty

Cookie-dependent analytics often lose the journeys that never consent. Even when the order itself is captured, the channel that drove it — and the visits that led there — can vanish, leaving you guessing which channels and products actually pay.

Exposure

EU regulators are tightening rules on analytics, cookies, and cross-border data flows. Cookie-based stacks create ongoing compliance exposure. Qusto is designed for privacy-by-design from the ground up — measure with confidence instead of chasing policy exceptions.

Fragmentation

Revenue in one tool, funnel drop-offs in another, attribution in a third. Most growing stores stitch together several products to answer one question: what sells? Qusto brings revenue, attribution, funnels, and product analytics into one dashboard.

You don't have to take our word for it. Qusto reconciles your store's own order record against what your on-site tag actually saw — and shows you the gap, per order, from day one. Not modelled. Not estimated.

Open so you can trust it. Managed so you don't run it.

Privacy isn't a setting — it's how Qusto is built. The analytics engine is open source; the managed service handles hosting, updates, and EU residency so you don't operate the infrastructure yourself.

EU-hosted data

Analytics data is hosted in EU infrastructure. No US sub-processors process your store's raw events.

No tracking cookies

Zero cookies placed on your visitors' browsers. No consent banner required. Your analytics work whether visitors would have declined tracking or not — because there are no cookies to accept.

Hashed identifiers

Customer tokens are hashed at the edge before ingestion. No PII enters Qusto's systems — there is nothing to breach, subpoena, or accidentally expose.

Open source core

The analytics engine is AGPL-3.0 open source. Audit it, fork it, self-host it — or let us run the whole thing while you get on with your store.

Built around the store journey

Qusto follows the path from first visit to order — then ties every channel and privacy promise back to what actually sells.

  • The path from first visit to order
  • Revenue by the place it comes from
  • Order coverage you can check against your own record

Order

See where people enter, where they hesitate, and where they buy — fix the step that's losing orders instead of guessing.

Every channel, tied to orders

Search, social, email, and AI assistants — resolved to what they actually sold, not just how much traffic they sent.

Revenue, by place

Traffic, revenue, customers, and channel attribution — broken down by country, region, and city. Not just where visitors browse from, where orders actually come from.

Abandoned carts, visible

Which carts were left behind, and what they were worth — visibility only. Any win-back is your own effort; Qusto never claims to recover it for you.

Privacy your customers can feel

No cookie banners. A cleaner store and a trust signal customers notice at checkout.

Open source, managed

Read the code and self-host — or let us run hosting, updates, and EU residency for you.

Query it from anywhere

A first-party API and MCP server included from Core — plug Qusto into your BI tool, scripts, or AI assistant. Read-only, EU-hosted, no personal data.

Compare it, install it, hand it to your DPO.

Role-based docs and practical comparisons — written for operators and compliance teams, not analysts.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does the beta invite token work? +

After your application is approved we'll email you a single-use invite token. Enter it on the registration page to create your account — you'll start on the Core plan with a 30-day Growth trial. Tokens are valid for 7 days.

Do I need a cookie consent banner? +

In most cases, no. Qusto uses no tracking cookies and hashes visitor identifiers before ingestion — so there is nothing for visitors to consent to. That means full analytics coverage without the data loss typical of banner-based tools when visitors decline tracking. Qusto is designed for EU privacy-by-design requirements, including alignment with the EU Digital Omnibus direction for aggregated analytics.

Is Qusto GDPR compliant? +

Yes — by architecture, not checkbox compliance. Qusto stores no PII in analytics event payloads, hosts analytics data in the EU, and uses no third-party advertising trackers. Our Data Processing Agreement and sub-processor list are published. You remain the data controller; Qusto acts as your processor under GDPR Art. 28.

Which platforms and site types do you support? +

Qusto works for any EU website — SaaS, content, e-commerce, or NGO. Native integrations are available for Shopify and WooCommerce; Magento and custom headless stacks are supported via our event API. During beta we work closely with each participant to get the integration right.

What plans are included during beta? +

Beta participants receive full access to their tier — Core (traffic analytics), Growth (revenue, funnels, cart-abandonment visibility, channel attribution), or Professional (multi-touch attribution and LTV). All features in your tier are included at no cost during beta, with early-adopter pricing locked in at commercial launch.

What happens to my data if I stop using Qusto? +

Your data is yours. Export everything in CSV or JSON at any time from Settings. On cancellation, data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted. You can request immediate erasure via our compliance workflow.

Is there an open source version? +

Yes. Qusto Community Edition (CE) is AGPL-3.0 on GitHub — self-host traffic analytics for free. Qusto Enterprise Edition adds revenue intelligence, attribution, funnels, and commerce features on top of the open source core. Core plan users run on CE; Growth and Professional unlock EE capabilities.
